OUR SERVICES

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is an extensively researched psychotherapy method that can be performed via telehealth or in person. EMDR is used to accelerate the resolution of trauma in fewer sessions than traditional psychotherapy. EMDR does not require talking about details but rather, mental processing of events. This can be especially helpful for issues that bring up guilt, shame or general feelings of discomfort we cannot pinpoint.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy is an evidence-based approach for Treatment Resistant Depression, PTSD, anxiety and many other disorders. It combines infusions of the dissociative anesthetic ketamine that has been used safely since the 1960s. Our physician-administered ketamine infusions are combined with ongoing psychotherapy to allow space for elevated insight and goal attainment.

Prolonged Grief Disorder Therapy

Prolonged Grief Disorder is a form of “stuck” grief that is persistent and derails normal living. This evidence-based protocol, designed by The Center for Complicated Grief at Columbia, reports a 70 percent efficacy rate. Specialized physician consultation for medical record review to facilitate closure is available as part of a unique multi-disciplinary grief approach.
